I help small and medium-sized businesses with IT support, cloud solutions and IT security, focusing on creating stable, secure and easy-to-manage IT environments. I have hands-on experience working in a fintech company where I manage IT operations, security processes and day-to-day support. My work includes incident handling, access management, security controls (MFA, backup, encryption) and collaboration with developers and external providers. I have worked extensively with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, including user management, configuration and troubleshooting, as well as cloud-based solutions and infrastructure. I also support companies in improving their IT security by identifying risks, performing basic security testing and following up improvements with development teams. In addition, I work with documentation, vendor coordination and user awareness (e.g. phishing simulations and training). My goal is to help businesses simplify their IT while improving security and reliability. I am currently available for new assignments and collaborations.
